The Church of Asang was built between 1733 and 1746 by brother Cosmas Damian Egid Quirin Asam. The two-storey building measures 22 x 8 metres and blends in with the townhouses on Sendlinger Straße.

The entrance to the Church of Asang is located on the Sendlinger pedestrian street in central Munich, very close to Marienplatz. The building has a rococo design with huge Windows and wooden doors.

If using public transport, you can get off at Maria Square station and walk about 500 meters to reach the church, which takes about 6 minutes.

St. Michael's Church
