PEI Prince Edward Island Food Guide

On the way to travel, food occupies most of the happiness! Drive all the way to PEI Island, how can there be no seafood. Follow me as I search for gourmet restaurants here.

1️⃣Water Prince Corner Shop

First, the Water Prince Corner Shop is highly recommended. This is also a local certified old shop, lobster rolls and lobster prices will change with the season, the price will be marked at the door.

The bread-and-butter flavor of the lobster roll is so delicious, it overcomes all the flavors, and you finish it with your eyes closed, not knowing you're eating lobster... Because the first time I ate lobster yellow, I used to eat probably all male, this time I ate a female. The yellow shrimp is delicious, especially with the butter.

This seafood soup, the thickness is just right, it is full of all kinds of shell meat, shrimp, the content is very rich, one bite down milk fragrance, super satisfied. Mussels are full and clean.

2️⃣Old Dublin Pub

Second, I recommend a restaurant next to St. Dunstan's Cathedral, the Old Dublin pub, a pub in Charlottetown that is decorated with vintage Irish style. There is a famous "Oyster happy hour" at 3-5 PM every day, where oysters are $1 each. Served with lemon and tomato juice, it's oyster heaven. Other dishes are medium to above standard, the first visitors to the island must punch before 6 p.m., a $1 oyster.

There are several restaurants in this building, remember to go up to the third floor, read the name of the restaurant before entering.

3️⃣ Fisherman's Wharf

Also recommended is Fisherman's Wharf, 7230 Rustico Rd, a buffet restaurant that starts with a main course of lobster, snow crab, steak, chicken, etc. The buffet includes a wide selection of salads, mussels, creamy seafood soup, desserts, breads. In addition, drinks are charged extra. This is where mussel freedom can be achieved. If you go to Caivendish Beach, it's nearby.

4️⃣ Island Favorites Restauran

A small, nondescript restaurant just off Cavendish beach is run by a local mother and daughter, a grandmother in her sixties. The sign out front lives up to its name - I think it's the best lobster roll in PEI! Jumbo lobster meat, perfectly seasoned with sauces and spices, served with toasted buttered bread, and every bite was filled with happiness.

Even the French fries that come with it, a two-meal potpourful of new local potatoes wrapped in paprika and herbs, are both greasy and addictive.

5️⃣Cow's Ice cream

Cow's is the best ice cream in Canada! Founded in Prince Edward Island, it also has several stores in Halfa. Their ice cream is very recognizable both in taste and brand!

The name of each ice cream is very interesting, it is difficult to tell the flavor of each ice cream by the name, be sure to read the fine print below, because each flavor is filled with a lot of seemingly complicated, but will make people feel very amazing and magical ingredients.

The Nanaimo Bar I tried today has this year's new flavor, which includes small balls with a crunchy chocolate texture and caramel, and the whole ice cream has a slightly custard flavor. Bite down, there is a soft ice cream and crunchy ingredients inside, so after eating is a very complex feeling.

But his ice cream is more sweet, afraid of sweet babies can choose ah, strawberry flavor or mango sorbet. Very recommend PEI strawberry flavor!
