It is a bouldering hall opened in 2022, small and beautiful, compared with the size of the European climbing hall, located outside Lisbon, the capital of Portugal, in the industrial park.

Bouldering area, training area, shower room everything, it is worth mentioning that the food bar is cheap and delicious, now there are 10 days of 28 euros activities, interested to go and have a look!

Climbing gym staff can speak English, buy a ticket to fill in the information, you can enter the museum.

The first time I tried rock climbing, I went without a guide, and I hurt my hand. Beginners to rock climbing had better be prepared.

The height of indoor climbing is generally not more than 5 meters, there is no safety lock, there will be a cushion to ensure safety, and generally fall to the mat after the wall.

The height of outdoor climbing is generally 10-25 meters, and the one I went to is about 10 meters and three floors, providing safety lock protection.

On the ground floor are bouldering areas, changing areas, shops and leisure areas. Bouldering area has a lot of green plants, the roof is translucent, you can feel the sun but not harsh, the air is fresh. The bouldering area is beautifully designed, the walls have a variety of angles, and the cushions are moderately hard and soft.

The line is beautiful, the action is rich, there are also competition lines and interesting lines, and two people should work together with the ring. The changing area has a locker and a place to take a shower.

There is a more distinctive line, with a prominent big shape in the middle, like a field line that was climbed before ha ha ha, elevation starting a little bit of physical strength, but the points are good points.

At the beginning, I was a player who would shake my legs climbing the green line, especially when I needed to jump from the above, knowing clearly that it was only two or three meters high, but it was still difficult to overcome the obstacles in my mind.

But gradually, I felt the thrill of regaining control of my body, and as I climbed, I was completely focused on how to reach the finish line, like a cheetah with a clear goal. Instead of being afraid of heights, I enjoyed the pounding of my heart every time I was stuck up there. I began to become more and more daring. I gradually trusted my body more and pushed myself to challenge something seemingly impossible every time.

Although Bouldering gets hurt every time, it's nothing compared to the fun he brings.

There's a little shop out front with climbing gear, gear and supplies, as well as cute Sierra powder bags. The lounge area has a bar and cowork space, freshly squeezed juices and chocolate brownies are well worth trying, and I even packed one for the airport.

The second floor is a training area with a training wall, a moon board and a wealth of training equipment.

I only went to this climbing gym because it is very close to the airport and it is convenient to take a taxi, and what I found was definitely an unexpected surprise. For those of you visiting Lisbon, climb a wall before heading to the airport.

Never give yourself limits. Life is about trying and challenging.

If there's one thing that keeps you happy, it's exercise. Today climbing my arm is very sour, but from the height to jump down really good comfort! So cool!!
