Bulatov's work consists mainly of colorfully realistic images of landscapes, skies, urban environments, and people, many of which are covered or partially obscured by satirical words or phrases, a unique form of artistic expression that reflects his views on the harsh repression of the Soviet government.

💚 Exhibition: in memory of Yuri Rybchinsky
In the mid-1980s, Yuri Rybchinsky quit his official job to become an independent photographer, shooting a series about: heroes, streets, holidays, prisons, etc., from different perspectives.

In 1993, with photographer Eduard Gladkov, he founded the "Museum of Photography Collection", a collection of nearly 2,000 works by photographers from the Soviet period. He donated the entire collection to the Moscow House of Photography (Multimedia Art Museum)

The Russian Dragon Mochinaya 1 restaurant was opened in 2008. The restaurant is combined with the unique idea of the "Russian Vodka Museum", dedicated to displaying Russia's iconic traditional alcoholic beverages. The restaurant recreates the atmosphere of late 19th century Russia. Viennese chairs and antique sideboards, vintage parquet floors and lampshades create a wonderful atmosphere of a bygone era.

The cuisine is also served in the style of the restaurant: carved glasses and vodka, tea by the glass with cup holders, and the restaurant's special menu tries to be as good as it was a hundred years ago. For only 450 rubles you can enjoy three shots of authentic vodka, as well as three traditional Russian dishes: salted lard (" L "), sauerkraut, and a type of herring (" l "), which are unique to Russia. In St. Petersburg, a city rich in history, I came to the Russian Museum, a collection of Russian national culture and art museum.

The first thing you see is the stately and elegant Mikhail Palace 🏰, which tells the history of Russia's czars.
The Kievan Rus period icon paintings on the wooden boards, with delicate lines and vivid colors, convey the essence of ancient East Slavic culture 🎨.
Moving on, I was fascinated by early Russian paintings 🖼. These works with Bible stories as the theme are full of strong religious flavor and national characteristics.

There are also many aristocratic portraits and sculptures in the museum, the most notable of which are the statues of Queen Elizabeth and Peter I, whose unique historical backgrounds and governing styles are also reflected in these portraits and sculptures.

And in the lacquerware exhibition, I saw the ancient Russian lacquerware, the craftsmanship and design of these vessels are amazing. From the exquisite storage cabinets to the intricate spinning wheels, all reflect the prosperity of ancient Russian civilization.

Turn around again and you come to the area of ancient Russian folk costumes. The costumes displayed here are full of strong national characteristics, making people feel the enthusiasm and cultural charm of the Russian people.

Then came the exquisite hand-painted boxes. These boxes are made of shell and birch wood, and the hand-painted patterns on them are colorful and full of strong artistic atmosphere.

Eventually, I was attracted to realistic works. These works with the theme of historical time and social vicissitudes reflect the changes of Russian society and people's living conditions, making people feel the close connection between art and life.
