Want to experience a 19th century carnival? You can't miss the Musee des Arts Forains in Paris, also known as the Museum of Art or the Museum of Art of the Market. This place hides the most interesting antique entertainment in Paris and will definitely open your eyes! One second to travel back more than 100 years to a European amusement park.

Located in an old wine warehouse in Bercy, the museum was founded by French actor and antiques dealer Jean Paul Favand. Jean Paul lamented that "there are so many museums about war, but there is no museum of laughter and festivals", so he created this collection of antique amusement park equipment from all over the world.

As soon as you enter, you'll feel like you've been transported to a 19th-century Paris carnival, surrounded by colorful carousels, elaborate old game booths, and the possibility of elegant music at any moment. Most importantly, the rides here you can actually play!

Riding a horse with a history of hundreds of years, I feel like a princess in a movie, oh no, a noble little sister, and instantly become the darling of that era. Another good old-fashioned target shooting game, perfect to get the "high society" happy!

Here you can experience more than a hundred years ago European amusement park projects, ball racing, opera dancing, antique carousel, the most let me look forward to is the fantasy foot carousel.

The museum must be with the tour to play, must be booked in advance on the official website, we are lucky to buy tickets at the scene, I do not know if there are not many people, it is best to book in advance, the whole process is explained in French, although I do not understand but still feel very interesting and fun. For those who do not speak French, the staff will send an explanation in English.

The docents really stir up the atmosphere and are very lively, they will show you the props and scenes in the different galleries throughout the museum, and will also take you to play some entertainment such as horse racing, carousel, spin bike, etc. With a sense of drama to take you through the retro time, but also from time to time to shake a small burden, will make you laugh until you can not stop. Go all the way, laugh all the way, a completely immersive experience.

Very involved! One of my favorite is the spinning bike in the video! The speed at which you spin depends on how hard you push the bike. Everyone who pedals hard makes the speed turn faster and more exciting and fun!

However, if you want to visit here, remember: you must book in advance! Tickets are a scarce resource here, especially during holidays, which can be likened to concert tickets. In order not to leave any regrets, be sure to book tickets on the official website in advance, so that you can only watch others go in and play crazy at the door.

So, no longer just staring at the iconic attractions of Paris, come to this hidden version of the Carnival world to "travel", play with the retro romance of Paris, experience a real "aristocratic" happiness, and enjoy a different Paris trip!
