Blue Turkey, love Antalya, the name alone is fascinating

During our trip to Turkey, we really went to museums of all sizes in Turkey, but I have to say that the Antalya Museum felt that it was the most amazing museum!! I didn't have any expectations at first because it's not as famous as the museums in Istanbul, but!! When walking into the sculpture pavilion, the shock is really indescribable. If you have the chance, you must go to see it. This is definitely one of the best museums in Turkey!

It has a collection of artifacts from ancient times to the Ottoman period. Tickets cost 15 euros, and you can download the APP "MuzeKart" and scan the QR code on the ticket to listen to free explanations in Chinese.
There are two floors in total, and the main exhibits are concentrated in the first floor. The important exhibits on the first floor are a large number of sculptures and this sarcophagus. The most story-telling and famous of the sculptures is the statue of Hercules at the back of the gallery. The top half of the statue is obviously different in color from the bottom half, because the top half is in the Boston Museum and the bottom half is in the Antalya Museum and it was one of the archaeologists who facilitated the merging of the Hercules statue. And the sarcophagus, the most famous one being the one that was stolen, looks very dilapidated today, but it's very valuable to study.

I watched it for three and a half hours, mesmerized by the statues of the 2nd century gods.
As a result, the young people who went out to see the garden felt like they were walking from ancient Greece, and saw several fairy peacocks walking leisurely, and the Mediterranean Sea was in the distance behind them. God, it feels like this museum is magic, when it's just me and these classical sculptures in the gallery, it feels like they will come to life the next second.

A miniature toy museum? Why doesn't anyone mention the toy Museum in Antalya?

Although the exhibits are not so flashy as the Istanbul Toy Museum, but the old toys inside I think are also very interesting, not the curious and complex that hang but a simple immersion experience of the history of toys in various countries, the most like the German doll house, barre hardcore! Want to reach out to the curator, heh heh.

The entrance is inconspicuous, but the pavilion is actually not small, and it is near the cruise ship terminal, to see the sea can be a piece of the way to stroll, and after browsing, you can also sit on the side of the viewing elevator on the platform to take a pier overlooking a large picture, but I did not sit, because when I went to the peak of the flow of people happened to queue up a long turn to go.
This toy museum is as free as the elevator! Free! Freedom! Who can resist freedom.

Antalya Jelly Sea

Book a cruise to suluada, a small island near Antalya, on GetYourGuide
Super recommended only 740 for three people including all expenses, the driver will go to the hotel and then to the pier, because the pier is about 2h away from the city of Antalya.
After unification to the dock, the ship is arranged, and there is a cushion lying on the second floor, a total of three island docking points, including a cave docking can take photos. The price also includes lunch and afternoon tea, and the hotel is delivered at the end of the evening. The guide, Aliya, speaks Russian and is really nice.
The focus of this jelly sea is really beautiful, feel and Thailand 🇹🇭 is very different, the color is better, if you do not want to go to the ancient city or take a long bus to kas then you can choose this sea, is also very good.

Antalya is a good place to get oxygen

There are three waterfalls in Antalya, one of which is Duden Falls, which can be reached by bus in the city, which is a famous time-slot attraction. The rushing stream that flows down from the mountains and into the sea on the steep cliffs is beautiful from above or from the boat in the sea, and there are rainbows. No tickets required.
The second is the upper Duden Waterfall, as the name suggests, is the upper reaches of the Duden waterfall, it is a park, very green, there are some enclosed Spaces on the path inside the waterfall, there are some stalactites. You need tickets. They're cheap.

The third one is my favorite, and I've lived in Antalya for four years and I've taken a lot of friends there. Kur unlu Waterfall scenic spot, is a park, the water of the waterfall is very seasonal, the natural environment here is really good, the photos are very out of the picture, many locals will come here to take wedding photos. There is a special barbecue area with tables and chairs and running water, and there is a toilet. In summer, fires and barbecues are not allowed in most of the tree-surrounded mountains for fear of forest fires. But you can have a picnic. You can bring a hammock. Admission is required. It's not expensive.

How do I get there by bus?
Look on the map for Demirciler Car, this is a bus stop, opposite the left and right side of two Turkish restaurants to drink sheep soup, wait here MK80, it is a bus like a small bus, not the kind of urban bus, sit at the last stop is Kursi unlu waterfall, this bus also passes upper duden, Those who are interested can also visit both.
Back to the city is at the park gate by car, a route back and forth.

Hadrian's Gate

In the old city of Antalya, many tourists will come to punch the card, the whole door is actually big or not, is relatively intact ancient Roman architecture, but because of the large number of people, in fact, we need to find an Angle to take photos, we were mainly looking for the green space next to the door right, and the steps on the right hand side above the door steps, which need to be taken from the top

From the Hadrian Gate as a starting point, walk into the inside of the path, you can walk around the old town, which can walk along the harbour side, so you can spend some time in it to have a good look

Go straight inside, there are many exquisite gift shops, there are many seafood restaurants and cafes, the road is very clean, there are many bouguanma on the side of the road, there are many places can clock in to take photos, such as Figure 7 Figure 8, we were a little rainy in the afternoon, so we did not take many photos, found an open-air cafe by the harbor to drink coffee, blowing the sea breeze, looking at the sea view, and the mountains in the distance, Very comfortable

After walking to the port pier, you will encounter a very high downstairs stairs, next to a very high stone wall, taking photos at the stairs, very much the feeling of a Greek town

Down to the port will find a lot of ships, there are some pirate ICONS, I hope the sail under the paddle is particularly good looking
Then walk along the port to the right, there are many seafood restaurants on the side of the road, if you can choose to eat here, you can sit outside looking at the beautiful scenery to eat, very chill

Not long will see there is an elevator, a lot of people queued up, but soon, take the elevator to see a viewing platform, there is a glass walkway, here you can see the whole harbor panorama, day and sunset is very nice!!
