Take a stroll inside the $4 billion Amazon Ball!

📍2111 7th Ave, Seattle, WA 98121

The Spheres, a Seattle landmark, are an urban oasis built by Amazon over a five-year, $4 billion project themed around a tropical rainforest ecosystem. The three giant glass Spheres house more than 400 species of rainforest plants stacked high and low on top of each other in the five-story building. There are more than 40,000 species of plants from more than 30 countries. The plant wall has 4,000 square feet and more than 25,000 species of plants.

Scattered in the deep and shallow green are various rest and work areas: coffee area, sofa area, lounge chair area, "bird's nest" rest area, 180 degree City View of the round table conference room and so on. The main function of The Spheres is to serve as a place for Amazon employees to have lunch, discuss and relax.

Just before I came in, I also saw The Spheres and Amazon's Go Banana car outside, distributing bananas to the community for free. This kind of working environment is really enviable ah!

It feels like a really cool place to be in Seattle. And the banana factory really lives up to its name, and the bananas at the door are especially fresh. I've been to a lot of tech companies, and it feels like the best Amazon experience is really where visitors can go.

When you step into Amazon Spheres, it's like stepping into a green fairy tale world. It's part of Amazon's corporate headquarters, but it's also a stunning paradise filled with plants, technology and whimsy.

There is a lot of convenience to meet the banana factory staff, online tour is too slow. Thanks to my bestie, follow the employee benefits to come and visit, Amazon headquarters is really good to see! The large glass sphere is filled with warm tropical plants from all over the world, and the large water tank inside has lovely fish. This unique urban office space is very comfortable.

The front desk staff nameplate is hand-painted wind, and some also posted photos of their cats and dogs, super loving. It seems like two or three Saturdays a month are open to the public.

Don't miss the Rainforest Tour, an amazing journey that takes you through different tropical climates and vegetation. On the way, you can see all kinds of rare plants, such as verdant ferns and tall palm trees.

Even more exciting is that in this eco-park, there are many little-known corners, such as hidden relaxation areas, reading corners and small cafes. In these places, you can take a deep breath, read a good book, or just focus on the quiet feeling of being in close contact with nature.

Amazon Spheres are definitely a photographer's paradise, so don't forget to bring your camera to capture these breath-taking moments. At the same time, also remember to be respectful, follow the rules, and do not affect other visitors or damage the plants.

In general, Amazon Spheres are a place that combines technology, ecology and beauty, allowing you to get in touch with nature in these giant green glass spheres. Visiting here, you can not only relax your body and mind, but also deeply feel the wonderful feeling of harmonious coexistence between man and nature.
