[Fantastic Museum] Climate Museum at 8 degrees East Longitude in Bremerhaven

Full name: Das Klimahaus Bremerhaven 8 Ost
Location: By the sea in Bremerhaven, take a train from Bremen station to Bremerhaven, then take a bus.
Purchase tickets: You need to book tickets from the official website, so you can reserve the time to enter. The first time I went, I couldn't get in because I didn't have a ticket. Students will be cheaper, but not by much.

Content: This is a very special museum with a story line, the plot is to follow a man along 8 degrees east longitude travel around the world. Along the way will go through different climates, follow the lights in the venue, you can experience completely different climates, such as mountains, deserts, Antarctica, rain forests, deep sea (this is mainly by lighting to create a deep sea feeling, but do super good!

Deep sea fish painted in reflective paint on the dark walls look really like you want...) There are also some plants and animals in different places in the venue, which can personally experience the ecological environment of different climates. The most noteworthy is Antarctica, I only stayed in that room for a minute, it was full of thick ice, very, very, very, very cold...

In addition to different climates and cultures, another important theme is environmental protection, so at the end of the section there are many theme exhibitions on new energy and environmental protection, which are also well worth seeing.

Special recommendation: When buying tickets, you can buy a small manual for an extra €1, which can be stamped in each climate pavilion, and there are small questions that need to be answered during the tour. It's mostly for kids, but who's not a baby?

Duration: We seem to have been shopping for more than 3 hours, which is quite long. If you are interested in the climate, you are likely to take longer.
Overall review: This museum varies from person to person and is highly recommended for those interested in climate and environmental protection.

Recommended for those who have a general understanding of the subject but enjoy going to museums. (The museum is well-designed and large, with a lot to see and experience.) If time permits, it is recommended for friends with children and those who do not have to visit the museum. (Compared to normal museums, there is more emphasis on experiencing different climates and cultures, and more interactive parts.) For the children is a can learn knowledge, worth seeing attractions) English or German good friends, the experience will be better ~

Around Bremen: Fairy Cafe + Bike/hike

Bremen friends who don't know what to do on the weekend come and look! On the rare fine weather last weekend, I rode a bicycle with my sisters to go 25km from Bremen to Fischerhude, a small village in Xiasar, and visited Cafe im Rilke-Haus, a fairy cafe that only opens two afternoons on weekends.

Coffee shop is nothing!! In an old house with birds and flowers, I thought it was a private residence cafe with careful care if I did not pay attention to passing by. The decoration of the cafe on the wall and the small decoration on the table are mostly works by nearby North German artists

There is no fixed menu, order cake to see the counter is good, general coffee and tea are provided, we order this time:

Apfel Marzipan Kuchen: Apple marzipan cake, moist cake body, sweet and glutinous marzipan with slightly sour apple, fantastic!

Stachelbeer-Mohn Kuchen: Gooseberry Mohn cake, gooseberry sour and sweet, Mohn tastes like sesame, lips and teeth stay fragrant, 100 percent!

This time, the route is called Fischerhude Runde, which can be searched directly on the Internet. The whole journey is about 50km, through forests and large fields, the route is particularly beautiful! The roads are good too! With Bike Citizens you can navigate directly ~

The small village of Fischerhude is also particularly artistic, with several art galleries, and it is only 40 minutes from Bremen by bus or car if you don't want to ride a bike. You can get off the car and walk around the neighborhood, visit the art museum, and it is also a good place to go on weekends.
