Coffee lovers must be there

Today, I took part in a coffee Workshop and was fascinated by the strong coffee taste as soon as I entered the shop. 90 minutes of coffee knowledge and tasting. Very interesting. You can tell the barista loves his job.

He talked very happy, of course, he loves coffee, asked about his favorite coffee, he said I do not have a favorite coffee, drinking coffee is to see the mood to see the weather. Sometimes it's Indonesian, sometimes it's Colombian. His coffee knowledge was humorous and interesting, and everyone listened very attentively.

The tasting is also very dainty, with six different kinds of coffee poured into the cup. Put a communal spoon in the glass, and when tasting, use the male spoon to scoop into your own small spoon and sip. Take another sip of water before moving on to the next flavor.

It's Ganos Kaffee, just behind St. Thomas Church, just around the corner from the Bach Museum. For those of you who are in Leipzig, you can visit. Reservations are required for tasting.
