Vancouver finally cleared up this week, and the little sister about a long time horse riding activities on the agenda! Just a short distance from Whistler, the small town of Pemberton, surrounded by mountains, clear water and blue skies, will also return to horseback riding on April 16, with tickets available now! The name of the horse riding place is Copper Cayuse Outfitters and overall it is an activity worth experiencing!!
Riding time can be free to choose, there are 1 hour, 2 hours, half day, full day choice, novice or not often riding advice and I choose 2 hours trail, otherwise the butt is really painful. There are three options for 2 hours: 10 am, 1 PM and 3 PM, because it is the day to return and not think of too early and too tired, we chose to start at 1 PM. The maximum number of people in each period is 6. If there are fewer people, we may get together with others. In our period, four of us and a coach took the lead. 1 hour experience start time is different.
And the ordinary horse running circle is not the same, there will be two trainers with the forest across the river uphill and downhill, a great experience, the horses are trained super good, line up and walk slowly, only in the open place will run a few steps. My guy for the day, biscuit, is a younger, baby-curious foodie who looks for grass whenever the line stops. If you find that a horse is eating grass, you must pull the REINS to bring it back, otherwise it will find that you are not strict, and you will often touch fish along the way to work.
The trainer will demonstrate how to ride, there are 40 horses, they have been trained for two or three years how to carry people, very safe and gentle, I have never ridden ok. I thought riding would be very difficult for me as a novice!! But really like the autopilot ha ha ha ha ha is very smooth!
The whole journey will pass through several trails, snow-capped mountains, and will pass through glaciated streams, directly through the middle of the water, the horses walk through the water, the experience is not too great! This is a must if you're in Whistler! The day we went to the weather was very good, the snow mountains were very clear, and the blue sky was very beautiful, all the way to enjoy the beautiful scenery has been sighed too beautiful! The trainer will always lead the way, and the horse will know the route well and will follow the horse in front! In the beautiful place, the trainer will also help take photos, and finally airdrop for everyone!
Finally, the trainer will take the horse to a spacious field, let the horse graze, take pictures, and sit on the horse the whole time! If you agree, you will also experience the feeling of galloping horse! What a ride!
There are not many other projects around, those who like to climb can search the nearby trail, if you want to play a small holiday, it is recommended to stay in whistler and choose a half day or a day to go horseback riding!
💡 Precautions
1, when there is no sunshine in Vancouver, there is still a little cool, wearing a long-sleeved ➕ knitted vest. Will go through the woods, sometimes scrape the branches on both sides is still recommended to wear trousers, because the trail, on horseback through the jungle may be scratched, long sleeves and trousers are safer, also can protect against some mosquito bites.
2,
3, you can take pictures with a camera ha ha ha, but the first 15min is best not to use, to adapt to the horse and let the horse adapt to you after the best shot!
4, wear sneakers, and the toe is not too wide! Or it won't fit in that place like I did Ha-ha-ha-ha.
5, it is recommended to arrive 10-15 minutes in advance. We were late for 10 minutes due to traffic jams and called them in advance, otherwise they could not arrange other groups to leave.
