How could Britain's top country town not be tempted

📍Cockington Village

Devon is located in the southwest, with a total area of 2589.6 square meters; It is the most unique of the English counties because it has two parts of the coastline separated... In fact, none of the above matters to you, the important thing is that in the Devon town of Cockington, there are Shakespeare's romantic feelings and picturesque scenery.

Clear lakes, murmuring streams, and acres of green lawns; At first glance, the heart is happy.

The most distinctive feature of the village is the thatched cottages of the south of France, which are full of romantic rural atmosphere.

The village is quiet, the wooden paths are covered with moss, the silver willow shoots out, the yellow daffodils stretch by the water, the brook murmuring. It is not easy to find such an old and beautifully preserved little place in England.

Cockington is a fairytale town in Devon, England. It is an escape from the hustle and bustle, preserving the best views of the countryside and having the feel of a small town in the South of France. There's a sense of disbelief here. Every girl has a fairy tale plot, elegant handsome prince, romantic gorgeous carriage, and picturesque scenery, full of fairy tale mirror sense. There are several thatched huts, super cute, like the back garden of a princess in a fairy tale.

It is composed of two famous towns, one is Lynton on the hill, and the other is Lynmouth at the foot of the hill, which is the famous twin cities in Britain.
The two towns are connected by a small train that leads to the seaside cliffs, and there are various small houses located in the mountains. The terrain and appearance are very similar to Switzerland, so it is called "Britain's little Switzerland".

Here you can feel the relaxation of the South of France and enjoy the quiet away from the hustle and bustle, you can walk on the country roads and drink tea in the chic garden of the private estate. The old water mill, the gorgeous romantic carriage, all make you feel as if you are in 19th century England.

The grey thatched huts are souvenir shops with lots of ornaments, postcards and lovely perimeters. The pink house and small garden have a super fairytale atmosphere, and when you close your eyes, you feel like you are in a fairytale world.

Perfect for a day trip, Brunch or afternoon tea, a walk. On a good day, there's a lot of people. The neighborhood is dominated by residents.

Some of the thatched houses were converted into visitor centers, while others sold handicrafts. The pink house has a nice name called Rose Garden. When the weather is fine, we have brunch outdoors, which should be very comfortable. There is also live piano performance in the pavilion. Every time I go, it's full. I've been there three or four times, and I haven't had a seat there yet.
