📍Wycliffe Well
Wycliffe Well Australia's UFO Capital
About 20 minutes from Devils marbles, you can also choose to camp in place at Devil Rock, I personally prefer to stay in the ET camp area, with water, electricity and showers...
wycliffe Well is located 380km north of Alice Springs on the Stuart Highway. The park is just a few minutes drive from the Northern Territory's most famous attraction, Karlu Karlu/Devils Marbles Reserve. It is said to be the only town in Australia where gravity is lower than anywhere on Earth, and it is also known as Australia's "UFO capital".
Since 1985, there have been sightings of Ufos in wycliffe Well. If you search the Internet, you will find many stories and even more theories.
Alien sightings at Wycliffe Wel date back to the Second World War and there have been hundreds of UFO sightings. Don't be too surprised if you see strange lights, Ufos or luminous objects in the sky!
📍Devils Marbles, NT
At Devil's Rock Reserve in the heart of the red earth, you'll encounter smooth granite boulders scattered from the roadside as if they "fell from the sky," some "split in half," others balanced at fantastic angles, God knows how they got there.
It is a sacred place for the local Aborigines, who have called it Karlu Karlu (Karukkaru) for millions of years.
Under the action of nature, these stones continue to crack and erode, so it can be said that visitors can enjoy different scenery at different times.
393 kilometers north of Alice Springs, "Devils Marbles", large round stones scattered in a wide and shallow valley, seemingly shaky stacked but magically balanced boulders, quite incredible, cracked like potatoes cut in half, a variety of styles, all kinds of interesting boulders, In the pink clouds at sunrise and sunset, there is a unique and mysterious beauty.
According to local myths, some people believe that these large round rocks are the eggs left by the patron saint "rainbow snake", while others believe that aliens have been visiting for thousands of years and wandering among these strange rocks, which are called "Karlu Karlu" in the local indigenous language.
