Puffing Billy's forest steam train is definitely the top1 I have sat in this life, a brilliant spring day, the small train shuttle in the forest tree shadow, the foot is everywhere wildflowers, whining forward, as if into the magic world, and like into the fairy tale inside. The happiness that cannot be described in words is wrapped in the cold wind.
The train has a very cute white beard conductor, but also burned real coal, so there will be coal crumbs along the way, there is a strong smell of soot, the experience is great!
This little train is really good retro steam train, ringing the bell to drive, and you can do the foot out on the windowsill, it is raining, and good freezing hands and feet cold, smoke blowing over a little choke, time is about 20 minutes, just a little leg hemp arrived at the station.
It was beautiful all the way, tall eucalyptus trees, and people on foot greeted us, and the little train whined. It was amazing to get to that wooden bridge, it was so beautiful, it was kind of like the Hogwarts Express.
Finally, we took a little slow to finish the photo, the souvenir shop is closed, just four o 'clock people will get off work, to open for us, but all too expensive and did not buy anything left. The driver said that the original was a small train mining, and later resumed to let these railway workers work, are old people, only two shifts a day, a very wonderful experience, like the tall woods.
The biggest feature of the train is that they will put their legs outside the window, in fact, it is not very comfortable, but it is really super cool against the wind! Everything is so real!
And everyone on the side of the road would stop and wave, whether it was walking, walking dogs, walking children, driving, everyone was super happy! Hi all the way, really is too happy! Never had a happy!

One of the best preserved steam trains in existence, the Puffing Billy Railway is one of the most attractive tourist attractions in Melbourne, the capital of the state of Victoria. The railway line was originally built in 1900 to facilitate the transportation of timber and agricultural products in the Dardenon Mountains, and was converted into a tourist line after 1958.
⏰ 1 hour one way, there is a lake after the station, about an hour to play, there are also memorial day shops and restaurants, and then return according to the fixed time
💰 $61 round trip, you need to buy tickets on the official website in advance, almost one month in advance, it is difficult to buy at the peak, you can change paper tickets to scenic spots, the tickets are also very retro, very thoughtful with the reservation's name, as well as your compartment number, so the carriage is fixed, the seat is free to sit.
