Beyond the film's clocking location ~ Montreal

Record a day in Montreal!

"Heaven is above us as well as beneath us."
-- Henry David Thoreau

In 1969, the Apollo 11 astronauts took a picture of the Earth from the moon. That little blue dot in the photo makes people realize that this is a small world, and a world that we all share. The Earth's water, atmosphere and ecological environment are the precious heritage of all humanity and our shared responsibility.

Two years earlier, at the Montreal World's Fair in 1967, the US Pavilion appeared as a giant spherical structure that was also an attempt to capture and represent this unique and fragile state. Designed by architect Buckminster Fuller, the Montreal Biosphere dominates the city's skyline.

It is a museum that aims to showcase the Earth in all its fragility and beauty, as well as the threats it poses to air, water, biodiversity and climate. The term "biosphere" itself was the inspiration for the structure, coined by geologist Edward Hughes to describe the concept of life and its interconnectedness.

Now, scientists have developed the concept of the Anthropocene based on his theory. In the geological era we are living in, human activity has profoundly changed the way the biosphere operates, with inescapable effects on the planet. So maybe you should consider using a recyclable cup to drink that cup of coffee you keep next to your monitor.

The Montreal Biosphere is a museum dedicated to the environment in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. The structure was originally built as the US Pavilion as part of Expo '67. Environment Canada purchased the site and turned it into an interactive museum to showcase and explore the aquatic ecosystems of the Great Lakels-St. Lawrence River region, with a diameter of 76 metres and a height of 62 metres.

So beautiful so beautiful!! A place to heal !!!! As soon as you enter the door, it's that refreshing smell!! Suck it!! It's like being in nature! This garden is very small ~ ten minutes to walk around it can be finished! But I was in there for over an hour. Afraid of bird star people good place!! No birds suddenly appear no more fear!! This is my greatest satisfaction !!!! And it's free!! Open until 9pm!! I stayed until closing - a little far but I think it was worth it! Come back next time!!

About 8:30 PM light show tickets in advance, there will be a planned route in the park, with the large army people walk around the estimated 1 hour or so. The lights on the lake look so much like the City God Temple in Shanghai!!

🎈 Montreal Museum of Nature and Ecology

A total of four natural ecological areas, well worth visiting! Finally meet Cappie! And lucky enough to see a giant king penguin baby that still hasn't lost its hair. The whole museum walked down for about one and a half hours.
