As an isolated island, Madagascar is truly unique in terms of tourism resources, and if you are visiting Madagascar for the first time, then the top 3 attractions must not be missed.
🌳 Baobab Avenue
This is the name card of Madagascar, located 20 kilometers north of the western city of Murondawa, about half an hour to drive, this section of the road concentrated growth of four kinds of baobab trees, stretching several kilometers, is the best place in the world to appreciate the baobab tree, you see the Madagascar baobab tree photos are basically from here.
The main destination of this Madagascar trip is the Baobab Avenue in Murondava. I saw a video of "Unreal Places on Earth" on the Internet and was shocked by its fantastic magnificence.
Unfortunately, the infinite scenery is in the dangerous peak, even when you reach the capital of Madagascar, it is not easy to get to the baobab Avenue. Although there is a small plane once a week round trip, but often cancelled, not suitable for people who are not flexible time; There is a bus to Mulondava, but it requires advance ticket purchase and often breaks down on the way, and the comfort is poor; Relatively speaking, the most secure is the charter bus driver. Our trip started at noon on the first day, arrived in Anjrabe 4 hours later to check in, and continued on the second day for 12 hours to check in Mulondawa in the evening. The return trip is harder, 16 hours a day.
On the road, you will see a lot like the rice fields of rural southern China (the credit of Yuan Longping's grandfather), the green hills, and the large and small tribes and villages. Countless locals will wave at you from outside the car, beaming with joy and feeling like they're on a princess cruise.
After reaching Mulondawa, it is still at least half an hour to reach Baobab Avenue, especially the back road which is the worst road condition of the whole journey - potholes with continuous water. It also makes people sigh that if such a beautiful scenery were put in China, the road would have been built neatly and surrounded by charges. But not only is there no entrance fee, it is also a place for the children of the neighboring tribes to play and graze.
To see the lovers baobab tree - two baobab trees intertwining each other like a couple - you have to drive at least half an hour further, which is also the prototype of the local baobab wood carving.
All in all, when the baobab tree meets the eye, it is very exciting, and it is a strange place that can not be seen elsewhere. It's hard to imagine that a plant can give people a sense of worship to look up at a giant. Especially when it stands in the clouds, in the sunset, under the stars... I think this is the greatest plant I've ever seen in my life.
🐦 Ondasibe National Park
It is the closest national park to the capital, Tana, and is one of the most famous nature reserves in Madagascar. It can be reached in 4 hours by car and is one of the most popular national parks because of its convenient transportation and large wildlife population. Fourteen species of lemurs live here, 80% of the fauna is unique, and more than 1,200 plant species, 77% of which are unique species, are simply a treasure bank of humanity. It is home to hundreds of unique plant species, as well as a variety of rare animals, such as Madagascar lemurs and chameleons. Here you can feel the charm of nature. Travel to the lemuri Island in the rain forest, interact with the lemurs, and feed them bananas and fruit. Every time a guest comes, the lemurs will happily turn to the guest to ask for food, just need to open the palm of the hand to the food. Don't compete with the lemurs for food.
Lemurs are ancient monkeys that exist only in Madagascar and belong to the world's endangered primates. The largest indri stands about 1.4 meters tall, and the smallest nocturnal mouse lemurs are only a few dozen centimeters in size, all of which live throughout Madagascar. There are about 5-6 species that can be seen on Lemur Island. Here, you can have zero distance contact with the forest full of primitive interest, integrate into the nature, enter the mysterious world of lemurs, make people relaxed and bring you the wonderful fun of playing with many lovely lemurs.
🌞 Isaru National Park
A geopark comparable to the Grand Canyon in the United States, located about four hours' drive north of the southern province of Tuliala in Madagascar, most of it is monoceros wilderness, canyons, stalagmite pinnacles and stone formations, layered on top of each other, vast wilderness areas and high saturation of color, all in their native state, radiating wilderness beauty.
Of course, other destinations such as northern Nosibe Island, Bemaraha Stone Forest, St. Mary's Island, etc., are well worth going to.
