I moved one sheet from a multi-sheet workbook to a new, empty workbook. It walked me through all the hidden names that somehow were stuck in the workbook and deleted them. This error is occurring because you are trying to copy a worksheet from a 2007 workbook to a 2003 workbook.

I can copy a worksheet within the same workbook, and can copy a worksheet to a 'new workbook', but cannot copy a worksheet from one workbook to another.
