Then i did a repair to FSX and acceleration pack. I did it but nothing. All trademarks are property of their respective owners in the US and other countries. The files were came back there, but the problem with the ATC still there.

It has to do with the installation of the .NET Framework 3.5 Update and Visual Studio; both Express and the FUll version. I reinstall SQL server, VS 2008, 2010 .NET SDK etc, and everything is still working 100% (in DirectX 9, DirectX 10). Is there anything I can do without uninstalling it. Also note I have installed SP2 of FSX.
