Apparently Facebook (or rather OAuth2) is using the redirect_uri as a internal key to encode the code returned for the access_token request. I'm guessing that's what I should be seeing from the facebook side of things. Some people suggests to add a trailing slash in the redirect_uri, but it doesn't work.

This error only appears if you are using file_get_contents(), and not when using the facebook php library. In Java my code did something like: import java.net.URLEncoder; URLEncoder.encode("", "UTF-8") for my redirect URL. See attached screenshot.
