So my conclusion is: You can't use *.pst files exported with Outlook as source files for ExMerge.(Is this true ????) ExMerge doesn't support Unicode PST files, so I am bound to Anyways, so there's only 2 days worth of new mail in the target (exchange 2007) that they don't have in source (exchange 2003) ...
