What make and model is your computer ? You forgot to change the boot order. Thanks G41M- checked the boot device priority again and 1st boot device is the Samsung CD and the second boot device is the 3M=Maxtor (presumably my hard disc drive), third Boot Still open to any other ideas though before i go down that path.
