I have tried recompiling the modules again & again but it doesn't work.It's probably not an update kernel issue because I had this issue before the kernel update too. When I try to start the VirtualBox I get an error stating that vboxdrv cannot be found. When I try to insert the module it says : Invalid module format. These are the results I received: #rpm -i VirtualBox-1.3.8_mdv2007.1-1.i586.rpm Creating group 'vboxusers'.

Shouldn't this work right out of the box? I was able to run my virtual machines with the "Nat" option in network settings, but when I decided to use the "bride"/"host only" option, my virtual machine didn't boot. How many different kernel versions do you have? Did you execute /etc/init.d/vboxdrv setup ?
