It may have passed the tests, but it doesn't work in my case.

This is why it hasn't been committed nor is it going to fix all use cases. What modules does this conflict/needs testing with? This is a task, Drupal 8 isn't final yet. Thanks again. Field type/configuration for when this error occurs.

Any potentially relevant or special server setup/configuration I cannot fix something that is extremely inconsistent and non-reproducible on my end. To clarify a bit more, this happened to be when using Display Suite in theme seven to create a dynamic block that pulls in existing content as a node-id. This is from dropdown_menu.module: function dropdown_menu_init() { drupal_add_css(drupal_get_path('module', 'dropdown_menu').'/dropdown_menu.css'); drupal_add_js(" $(function(){ $('.dropdown_menu li').hover( function () { $(this).addClass('sfhover'); }, function () { $(this).removeClass('sfhover'); } ); }); ", 'inline'); } Any help? Thanks for the added info.

When I switch to a different theme, I have no issues. mpruitt commented March 10, 2010 at 9:49pm One of the pages for this project has three different series of a tool, and each series has 3 to 5 model numbers that I couldn't recreate the issue myself with an "Add another item" button on a node edit form, even though that does make a call "/system/ajax". I really don't like it when people have problems like this, I like developing quality code.

I think the problem simply occurs when you have a long list of fields in manage display view using Display Suite layout. I can make a corresponding issue with the maintainer and see if they have any suggestion's but I think this is a red herring. But isn't it amazing PHP errors can occur differently by browser type? Need more info.
