I tried with 2 versions of "Backup and Migrate"... file_directory_path() is looking for /sites/default/files or where your files are... Patch with backup_migrate_temp_files_delete_file-2293601-6.patch found on Issue without to make any other changes suggested to the issue except the direction related with if((defined('OS_WINDOWS') && OS_WINDOWS) || defined('PHP_WINDOWS_VERSION_MAJOR') && PHP_WINDOWS_VERSION_MAJOR Patch with backup_migrate-fix_bam_entire_site-2269541-3.patch This is how I fixed it.

Is that enough to be able to close this issue? I got the next error: Notice: Undefined index: files in theme_backup_migrate_file_list() (line 954 of C:\wamp\www\Drupal_7_31_3\sites\all\modules\backup_migrate\backup_migrate.module). Issues with community contributed patches should only be set to fixed by the maintainer.

I think the problem is with the public files directory path in _restore_from_file_php().
