geopak earthwork error Woodlake, Texas

I have completed roadway designer/corridor modeling/cross sections/earthwork for three of the segments. When 2 sets of vertical lines are drawn in the same position, break the lines so they are not exactly the same. We now have a configuration variable that points to where the GEOPAK Resource Files should be located for each user. I have the entire project balanced to zero.

To do this open up GEOPAK Civil Engineering Suite or Power GEOPAK and go to Applications>GEOPAK>ROAD>User Preferences. Using the Earthwork dialog from Project Manager, the earthwork is calculated for the first cross-section but for the remaining sections I also receive the above error message "XS-W-DANGPROP Proposed undercut element Cancel Earthworks Error Hey guys, I'm a Microstation novice/intermediate, and Im getting an error when I run Earthworks. It seems to reprocess the log file, but when I Review Earthwork they original multi factor remains - even if it is deleted. Thanks, but this tip doesn't help me.

When I set up a run under Earthworks from the Project Manager, I get this error: **************************************************************************************************** * %PARSE-E-UNRKW, Check String validity/syntax at location indicated * job number = The fourth segment uses the same template, just a different alignment and tin than the other three. Why? Thank you!!

What does it mean and how do I fix it? I went through your files, here is what I found. Although theoretically this should work, I've never actually tried it. I have generated reports on components before, not the actual earthwork that you need in the RD. I tried unlocking all elements and adjusting the tolerance both ways with no improvement.

Any other thoughts?

You may want to copy the template for segment 4, rename it, use it in segment 4. Then exit the program and go to that location and delete all files in the folder. What gives? As a workaround there are a couple of options: 1. I can continue this process indefinitely.

Also, it now is including topsoil quantities (only from the add/subtract quantities) within the mass ordinate. There appears to be rounding issues that arose from our multi factors that we used.
