The “F02” error code is caused when the control board thinks there is water in the tub after it has tried to drain.

The F02 code was for filter in the pump just open the pump by turning the knob and watch out, if you have water in your washer it will drain out. February 9 by scova513 I have a similar issue and have cleaned the drain pump/filter that was full of stuff and disgusting. I've had the washer for over 10 years and never had a problem with it. F02 error message was showing.
