fatal error in sysprep windows 7 Jenks, Oklahoma

Dude, you truly a lifesaver. Changing SkipRearm to 1 was the ticket. Yours did. after checking the registry atGeneralizationStateunderHKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\Setup\Status\SysprepStatus i found that the value was 4, changed it to 7 and my problem was solved.

Anyone have any ideas? But it didn't solve all of the problem I was having. Running sysprep Backup and Restore The "Fatal error during the execution of Sysprep" error witch UnattendHi I have Windows 7 SP1 64-bit in Audit mode and I put the Unattend.xml file Steps to resolve this: ( Make sure to do this one by one before you run the sysprep ) Open registry using command - Go to Run > type command regedit

In my sysprep folder I have the sysprep.exe file, en-US folder (which has sysprep.exe.mui) and then the Panther folder which has diaper.xml, diagnosis.xml, setupact.log, and setuperr.log as well as the IE i tryed all the solutions but only uninstalling ie 10 did the trick. Scroll down to Windows Media Player Network Sharing Service, double click it, change the Startup type to Disabled. msdtc -uninstall timeout 10 echo.
