Any thoughts, tips, and recommendations are most welcome. Perhaps I did not need to delete the email profile but I wanted to be sure I was not bringing any problem data in. Does anyone have any specific info on what this 3005 error actually is, and what I can do to get rid of it? I deleted all of these items.

BLAH BLAH BLAH. I have tried all of the suggestions that Microsoft's help file has for this particular error. By default we had it historically disabled. Before you follow these steps, disable forms-based authentication in Exchange System Manager.
