37 Years of Experience Our technicians have a combined 37 years of experience in computer repair. We grew up with computers, cutting our teeth on simple repairs and setups that are second nature now. Fixing computers is part of who we are, or at least that's what our relatives think, since each time we go for a family visit, someone asks, "Hey, can you take a look at my computer?" Focus We don't sell office supplies. We're not a major home electronics retailer. We work on computers, and that's it. That being the case, we can focus on what you're really concerned with: getting your machine back to you in working condition in the least amount of time. No Conflict of Interest Being solely a computer service company as opposed to a large retailer with computer services as a side offering means that you don't have to worry about us steering you toward buying something because it would yield a higher profit than doing the repair. We're here to give you the best solution for you, not our bottom line. Quality, not Quantity of Service We're focused on giving every customer the individual attention they deserve. We'll take the time to understand exactly what you are looking for, rather that just trying to get you in and out of the door. Each of our customers is a valued asset, not just a name on a piece of paper. Doctor, do you make house calls? We do! Qualifying services can be performed on-location by one of our Experts without your ever having to leave your location! Why TAKE your computer to a geek... ...When you can have an Expert come to YOU! For services that must be completed at our shop, one of our Experts will pick up your equipment, return it to our shop for service, and bring it back to your location.
