Why is it a bad idea for management to have constant access to every employee's inbox Is it possible to have a planet unsuitable for agriculture?

did you stop ettercap cleanly? They can show you if the pblocks in the context are what you expect to see there, try doing before the libnet_write().

next time an arp packet will be wrote the handle will be too high for letting it be sent to the network. You signed out in another tab or window. I think we always know the interface were to send packets, I suggest to drop them everywhere.

Still getting the same error. we do http://pastebin.com/bFFy7B6u So how this can be wrong? LocutusOfBorg commented Aug 5, 2013 Ok, I think I finally found the reason of the bug. And then I'd try a newer kernel version to check whether the bug has been fixed in the 4.x kernel branch (e.g. Join them; it only takes a minute: Sign up Here's how it works: Anybody can ask a question Anybody can answer The best answers are voted up and rise to the Good.

While, if I use fraggle with scan host (or during a MITM) I get the error of the send_arp even if I reduce the number of packets sent per minute usleep(70001000/GBL_CONF->sampling_rate).

If you can't arrange that, you'll have to insert a printf or use a debugger. I suspect the ultimate problem is that libnet isn't doing a good job if you hand it, as the second argument to libnet_init(), a name that's not a regular network interface. LocutusOfBorg commented Dec 6, 2013 Nice to hear your feedback, I'll wait for feedbacks from other developers and merge my pull request! I added a printf in the "n_pblocks++", rebuilt libnet and linked to ettercap. G. I'm just wondering something, using the LIBNET_LINK with libnet_build_ipv4 just works flawlessly, does it work with libnet_build_ipv6 too? I only used ettercap to parse it LocutusOfBorg commented Nov 26, 2014 why can't you use ettercap to save the file? can you reproduce it reliably?

If i try using ettercap GUI for this it closes when i chose ath0, whereas it works fine when i choose eth0. IIRC, your code clears after libnet_write(), try clearing *before* you add any pblocks. You need to compile it with gcc (gcc -o test test.c && ./test using your naming convention), you're trying to run it as a script. Thank you for reporting the bug, which will now be closed. Because I don't see any ipv6 sample with LIBNET_LINK. I'll have to do it at home because this fix conflicts with my changes that need to be resolved by hand. And how ip addr show looks? We have still the problem, ettercap gtk crash when I use both fraggle and scan hosts.

If you can't arrange that, you'll have to insert a printf or use a debugger. It asked me to select a network interface. I suspect the last two (arp+eth) is what you just added. byt3bl33d3r commented Nov 25, 2014 I created it with wireshark and it opens fine with it.

I'm going to push it to my forked repo. @AntonioCollarino can you try it? I don't know how and why to check this, we call write in a mutex area, so I don't know why this can affect our code If the size is valid, This might mask the problem, but isn't a fix.
