I am starting out with multiple service categories as a way to find out what the demand will be for such services, and may add or remove services as time goes on. I am also making myself available 24/7 as I know things do happen before 9am and after 5pm. If you are working on an important project for your business or the company you work for, it sure causes stress when your system goes down in the middle of the night and the project needs to be completed by morning. I have had it happen, so I can relate. I have also found over the years that technology leaves many of the older generation in the dark.
