When i open the drive of pendrive its show PLZ INSERT A DISK INTO DRIVE H: I;ll try above given solution but in DISK MANAGMENT window its not show.. The message that am prompted with is “insert disk into drive” I started to search the solution, finally i got it in the net. I have a Kingston 1Gb flash Drive, i have tried that "Jet Flash Recovery tool" It can't recognize my drive. thanx a ton!!
