I would expect to be treated a little more generously for basically producing the product that I’ve already bought. Went to the Momon's Centers ordered micro fiche looked at reels of papers, documents and so on. Find a program called SyncErrorReporter and double-click to run it. It has been an interesting experience.

There were so many variations of the issues that people had that I just want to know what was wrong with the software and how could it have gone so wrong? They can also be imported into other programs eg Legacy have instructions for doing that. The problem is, sometimes there is a real bug that can't be quickly fixed. I keep getting the Sync error message that the last sync failed while Analyzing changes and that I may want to restart family tree maker again later...That's almost comical, how do Windows 8 Click on the Desktop icon. Have you tried unlinking and relinking (or downloading again)? Not factual or user friendly.

In the early days after release, I would much prefer to send a detailed report of what I did (step by step), what happened, and what I expected to happen.
