OWA tests mailbox access itself but Outlook could be hitting a folder it doesn't have perms to.. But whenafter openingthe tree of one user I get this error: Error: Cannot open mailbox /o=Company Name /ou=Exchange Administrative Group(FYDXXXXXXXXXXXXX)/Recpients/cnUser Name

Any solution? Microsoft engineers have released a similar tool named ExFolders.Few points to note:The tool is not officially supported by Microsoft.It has to be installed on a 2010 server, and only on a If not, download it and give it a try.

Since all mailboxes have to be migrated before you can remove an MB store, I am under the impression all mailboxes are pointing to the new store. You may get a better answer to your question by starting a new discussion.

I tried using ExFolders earlier but it fails to run. Access denied etc. This account is enabled for Lync 2013 (unlike the test accounts) and was sometimes given full control over other mailboxes but other than that, I can't think of any differences. Copied ExFolders to the \bin folder on an E2010 server.
