FSOUND_Stream_Open("d:", 0, 0, 0); FSOUND_Stream_Open will create a stream with multiple substreams, one for each CD track. I included fmodpresets and fmoddyn in my .pas. When I execute my program step by step the exception occurs at the line of FSOUND_Stream_Open. You only need the struct when the dll call requires it.
