I tried the solution where you remove the Crystal Reports Component from the Visual Studio 2005 install then re-add it but that didn't work.  I then re-ran the install of my appears. A new CRPE32.DLL file will be installed that should match all the other dll versions. So, i try an alternative way to get it work.
