frame sync error mythtv Richwoods, Missouri

Could it be the ffmpeg upstream fix isn't present in the ubuntu 0.23 builds? All others are UHF and have better quality then wbbm. The resync seems to have solved the problem, and commflag is working fine. seems to need mpegts.

Code: ffmpeg -i Videos/UF-SagaciousKJB-sample.mpg -map 0 -map -0:m:language:spa -c:a aac -b:a 128k -scodec mov_text -vcodec libx264 -preset slow -crf 30 -threads 4 -profile:v high -level:v 4.1 -f mpegts Videos/outfile3.mpg ffmpeg -i The cut-list editor worked correctly, loaded comm skip points & allowed correction/addition & saving cutlist.

The transcode script (you're using) converts transport stream to program stream container; there's lots of reasons to retain ts container. Do you really want to transcode H264? All others are either 720p or 576 and work fine. They also were retransmitting on channel 35 in the south bay but that transmitter now seems to go on and off. com [Download message RAW] On Sat, Jan 28, 2012 at 10:15 AM, Michael T. The messages are coming from mythcommflag. I've run mythfrontend -v audio, and get the following relevant looking messages: 2009-03-07 12:04:30.384 AFD: Audio is disabled - trying to restart it 2009-03-07 12:04:30.384 AFD: Selected track 1: English AC3 You can run mythcommflag with extra verbose logging to find the problem.. The result is that the picture is out of sync very slightly with the sound and with a slight jerk (assumingly due to the discarded frame). 2010-05-24 19:34:19.826 [h264_vdpau @ 0x7f2de04a7360]number Your recordings come from ATSC/DVB type tuner?

All channels are fine except wbbm channel 2 that's still broadcasting on VHF(who knows why).

My H264 recording cutter script rebuilds seektable & updates dB in a similar fashion & rewind/seeking is perfect. I may add more infor if someone could tell me how. Hmm Just to clarify (?): - mythtranscode can not generate seektables for H264 (unless fixed recently) - after transcode must regenerate seektable & any prob. I've googled, there are a couple of references to similar problems, none with a resolution.

Rebuilding the seektable also fixes the duration etc. The time now is 12:37 AM. Intraframe refresh with keyframes every 30-60 would be ideal.. With one program it missed 2 breaks & one was short but the cut end points were right.

I was using "Videos" because it was easiest solution. If I try to go to Edit mode to apply the commercials ad a cultist it says there is no seek table, even after rebuilding it with mythcommflag. Ubuntu Logo, Ubuntu and Canonical Canonical Ltd. gmail ! With zero tuning this is very good performance considering how slick/seamless TV broadcasting is here.. It leaves the cpu at 100% with a rogue mythbackend running that has to be killed by hand. 2009-04-12 19:40:29.804 mythbackend version: trunk [Unknown] 2009-04-12 19:40:29.805 Using runtime prefix =

I was able to enter the "edit" mode for the video and load the detected commercials as a cutlist ( and the times seemed to match up right), but then the There is nothing in the backend log to indicate anything went wrong during recording though.
