But, even if this works, i would still like to know what setting in my antivirus to change to "enable" key files to operate. I was borderline ready to ask steam for a refund until I figured it out. I know these games have been out for a while, but anyone who profited from our purchasing these titles really should be working on a fix for this. Installation is also a problem (always has been) as, for some reason I donlt understand, once it gets to the end of the 1st disk, it asks for teh 2nd disk,

I hope that works out for you!ReplyDeleteJohnnie FelsteadTuesday, September 02, 2014 6:40:00 amOkay so I found the 'launcher.exe' file except it was labelled launcher but when I right click it says So I read about lowering settings in the CFG file in steam/steamapps/common/Medievil II Total War. but now I can only play it in a windowed-mode. That did not help either, BUT raising them to 1920 1080 did!.

and they are still selling this game? If you've already tried those two, then I'm not sure what else can be done. Right click on the "medieval2.exe" and click on properties. The problem I have now is when I launch the game, a black window appears for a few seconds (as it does when the game launches) then it minimises itself. The launcher opens and everything on it looks fine except for the "News" and "Polls" frame, those have some mysql errors listed in them, which I think are serverside errors from Who Are You In Games? It's now on Steam and works great. Thanks again for your help, guys - you were a lot of help. I see that many many people are also trying to... Anyone know an easy way to just download that file from steam, or could someone email me a copy of their unmodified descr_strat.txt file? Sign In Discussions Activity Best Of...
