This was to ensure if data needed prior to month end load, data would be avaialble. I found that by changing the time of the backup, it was running into my process that copies the backup to another server. Where is the help? Most often SQL Agent jobs are not this easy to track down.

You may find this technique works for other SQL Agent errors. And just like the guy who had the same problem, you need to find the job under SQL Server Agent->Jobs, right-click it and Select View job history and check the box I believe that the [SQLSTATE 42000] (Error 22029) error message is generic.
