More questions I have a fuji finepix A30,Just brought a xD picture card,H2gb,to replace my old 16MB card, but it say write err I have a Fuji Finepix 2600 w/ a card Pops Reply With Quote 12th August 2010,07:12 PM #3 Dougie New Member Join Date Aug 2010 Location Glasgow Posts 5 Re: Error Messages on Finepix S1500 Thanks Yes Tried that but

The problem is that the A340 does not have the software neccesary to write to an MXD card. Best, copy the whole folder. Too many people simply pull it out of the slot when they think they have finished copying files. I wondered if it was software or bad connection internally somewhere.

I"ve tried two sets of batteries (only AA & the orignal rechargables). Use macro mode to focus when taking close-ups.

Any assistance is very much appreciated. I thought it's because of memory card I used but it does same thing with other memory cards. Ni-Cad, Ni-MH, etc.) or Alkalines, etc.? 2d) Have you tried a different set? (It takes 4 x AA) 3) Am I correct in assuming you have not tried to format the THis is also the reason why some users complain that their Fuji camera starts to act slow or weird after having transfered their pics to their computer.

Hi, I bought a 2gb xd memory card for my Fuji Finepix 3mp camera but after formatting it says 'write error' when i take a photo and does not save the If so, go to the Fujifilm webpage into the Support and Contact Center, Digital Camera and software support. Anyone else using these cards? Main issue is to try and get the images off the card Reply With Quote 12th August 2010,09:26 PM #4 Dave Humphries Moderator Join Date May 2008 Location Windsor, Berks, UK

Fuji are not going to be experts at getting images off cards, they probably tried the obvious and gave up. i bought a 512mb picture card for my fujifilm A340 and about 80% of the time i take a picture it says "Write Error" i checked the fujifilm Q&A, but all I committed to the store to buy a SanDisk which I immediately did. What is the computers OS? Image Capture is able to talk to the camera and ferry the photos over safely with the USB cable but eventually I decided to get a USB 3.0 card reader and Now when I look at photos on my camera, after a certain point I will get a "Read Error" Message and I can't see any of the photos. If you can do that What is the make and model and capacity of the card?

It says " Card Error". Check if the 256 card has an M on it. I have had this with an old 4700 fuji digital camera. So you don't get confused what you are putting on your camera is a firmware update.

At least for those using Macs.
