Don't know now why I used pop-mail in the first place. Join our site today to ask your question. I am glad that I can now receive emails, but since I can't send, I am stuck having to use my iPad to send emails, and I can't send the attachments I have seen some workarounds to deal with the win 10 problem (balks with report that the Publisher is Unknown.

Moving to another client has been impossible so far since none seem to be able to import the number of messages I've archived. It never happened during the pre-Win10 era of happiness…. I especially like and love Eudora's archive - a plain text archive, searchable, easy to archive and store. If you're using Frontier Runtime, and therefore can't customize this menu, the Someone Else...

Are you familiar with that forum, and can you tell me how to get aboard? Been using Eudora for now about 20 years - nothing is close to Eudora's flexibility! If not, have you tried the mailing list? -> Eudora for Windows <- There are some good folks there that are pretty good at teasing out problems. Traffic is bursty.

In my experience they don't work. Best to start planning now and finding another solution you can live with. Every so often I run into new stuff and need to tweak the code. I used to do that in the old days (say Win2K and before, maybe XP) but haven't managed to do it successfully with newer Windows versions. The workarounds I have seen are pretty iffy. I uninstalled IE.

Incidentally, I've updated this article with a more streamlined fix with less steps. Tech Support Guy is completely free -- paid for by advertisers and donations. The "eud" number in the error message is not always the same. All my mail came pouring in.
