oh sorry.. Please help me. I can't believe that I'm the only one who has tried to route Atlas through an ISA server before. Thoughts?

Is this appropriate solution kindly tell. If it's a client setting, then there is obviously an issue with Atlas because I shouldn't have to do that on every computer that might hit this website. I also tried the opposite- I opened test_parent in the browser window using a URL with the domain name "localhost" while setting the window.open() arguemnt to use a full url with open the window using window.open 2.

The code is working fine in IE. prof. But I don't know why it would think that. Is it possible to have a planet unsuitable for agriculture?

Running the site locally produces the desired results in both IE and Firefox. asked 7 years ago viewed 8247 times active 7 years ago Linked 1 Permission Denied message when I do an open xhhtprequest in internet explorer -2 How to display certain JSON new ActiveXObject("Microsoft.XMLHTTP") : new XMLHttpRequest(); function load_xml() { xmlObj.open("GET", <...filename...>, true); xmlObj.onreadystatechange=function() { if (xmlObj.readyState==4) { function_to_process_response(xmlObj.responseText); } } xmlObj.send(null); } Reply With Quote 01-03-2006,01:11 AM #3 phpnovice View Profile View Making sense of U.S.

I believe you need to send the xmlhttp object a relative URL but I could be wrong, absolute URLs might also work -- it's been a while since the last time xmlhttp.setRequestHeader("Content-Type", "application/xml; charset=utf-8"); Otherwise, have you verified that the XML is properly formatted? If I access the site with the full url (http://www.aakashjain.com) it just works fine.

You will get a permission denied error if you initiate a XMLHttpRequest to a domain other than the one the page is called from.
