frx error invalid output file name Singer, Louisiana

I'm able to generate a similar error, though not the same thing exactly. Any information on the problem will be helpful in troubleshooting. Output file name -XYZ.FRD" when they try to Generate Report. This will prevent the Command Line from writing anything to certain "protected" directories, including C:\Program Files (x86).

Also, the client can open an .FRDfile so I don't think it's an issue with the Viewer itself. Program Date = 9/29/04 Computer is running Windows XP. I will go by and check it out to get the specifics on these fields. If this is what we think it may be, it should be a problem in 8 and 8.5 as well.
