It looks like the trackbacks/comments are separated like they should be on your stories, right? If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause. In fact, by doing so you can break your site. in options I have set up 10!!

I HIGHLY recommend upgrading your theme by either reinstalling version 1.1 or using the upgrade package. If there are more option that are saved when the upgrade is done it would simplify upgrades.
