Either of these solutions work to resolve this error for me. As if there is some state not getting cleared or something in the code. Now you have to clean up after them by catching the exception every time you try to use If-Modified-Since. One of the variables passed through had a typo, and it was causing my form to disappear.

I have a chance of error like one out of every 5 uploads, I'll have to close Firefox and start over. Is there a way around the issue using ini_set? of the atom whose 1s electron moves nearly at the speed of light? The first solution in Ahir's post resolved the problem for me.
