I tried magellansupport and got the run around .i asked them to change the serial,number and got no response from them.Rick,I am a little confused ..... when > i try to make thiis map active in my gps I keep getting a map security > error and the map wont open. That error message is saying you have the wrong GPS serial number in the Map you generated. After Ipad boots up fine hook it back up and it should work! Depending on your location, you may find some useful maps. I could not get past the error screen or even turn it off unless I attached it to the computer and then use power only option.
