If the DC is running DNS, make sure that > it points to itself for DNS and that "allow dynamic updates" is set to yes > in your DNS manager. What we have done is copied sysvol folder contents from PDC to BDC manually and set burflag to D4 on BDC and Burflag on PDC to D2 and it seems to Creating your account only takes a few minutes. you've post only portion of netdiag report, if you search "error" or "fail", can you find any test failed?
