We scaled back the default settings in munin-conf munin_cgi_graph_jobs 3 max_graph_jobs 0 but still experience this problem. The set of VPS that are suffering the problem are set up in a somewhat similar way to another set. It had cron running twice. Full text and rfc822 format available.
