Additional information: The name reference is invalid. It seems that these are outdated requests for a mailbox database that I have previously removed. Otherwise it doesn't return anything. I am experiencing the same problem. I set diagnostic logging to expert, but nothing more than this single event every minute to nearly the second.

From the Support Center, you can also search the Microsoft Product Support Knowledge Base and contact Microsoft Product Support Services. After some ineffective troubleshooting I eventually found the solution from Exchange MVP Jeff Guillet. There are no open mailbox move requests, export requests, import requests, or migration batches.
