Ive tried restarting VNC servicdes. it may be tied to the flavour of VNC... VNC is not set up as a service on the workstations I'm monitoring, however, I've tried as a service to no avail. It seems that the WinVNC version generates an error when it's queried by Spiceworks to see what's on the port.
