fatal bus or interconnect error Hesperus, Colorado

When I disable my NVIDIA Geforce graphics card driver, it does not shut down. The issue here is that Memtest is reading all sticks as running at DDR400, 200 mhz on DIMM B1 & B2. EDIT: Also seems to be only occuring on processor ID 2 and 3. Now that I have removed the malware, it still crashes, but I can load it again in normal mode without needing to wait half an hour to an hour.

All the problems began about two days ago, when I did two things: I visited AvaxHome.ws when AVG kept trying to stop me, and I installed HP Photosmart drivers and software Atm I am trying pulling out ram one by one then trying to crash it and test it. lloop9 Seniorius Lurkius Registered: Dec 31, 2009Posts: 6 Posted: Thu Dec 31, 2009 2:33 pm Hi Nevarre & Bruce, thank you for taking time to respond. mojorhythm, Mar 21, 2012 #1 mojorhythm Thread Starter Joined: Mar 21, 2012 Messages: 3 Just want to add that the whole problem has resulted in me having to unplug and re-plug

It seems the design of the PC is a compromise between the quietness of the cooling fans and the heat dissipation needs. Are you looking for the solution to your computer problem? I discovered that the problem was caused by the inproper cooling in my PC. Realtek RTL8101E Family PCI-E Fast Ethernet NIC. It was set to auto then I manually set it yesterday. and if it is the ram then u should test each stick to know which is the problem.

Check the temperature inside the computer to make sure your processor and related peripherals are not overheating. I think it might have to do with CPU/NB clock skew, but not sure, I'm testing it with stock settings now just to see if it is overclock related or software Quote: Originally Posted by kdawgmaster try to also run a prime 95 test then as well. If you have forced the RAM to run at 1066 I suggest setting it to auto in the BIOS. Therefore I suggest that the mentioned above fix prior to doing anything else. I'd try to run Memtest 86+ overnight and see if it reveals further problems.Ultimately, if the RAM isn't at fault, the next most likely component is the CPU itself.
